Counselling can be daunting at first and seem like a challenge, but we can work through all these challenges together and the process of understanding our inner self. With this you can learn to love yourself again and find the strength to overcome the stress we find ourselves in on a day to day basis.
FEES
An initial 30 minute session is offered at £20, to ensure that I am the right counsellor for you.
I offer 60 minutes daytime and evening counselling sessions for adults and young people at the rate of £40.
